Perfekt zum Chillen & Grillen eignen sich der  umzäunte Garten und die Südterrasse  mit Sitz- und Sonnengelegenheiten.

Die moderne Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet  mit Herd und Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirr- und Kochutensilien, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine und lädt zum Verweilen und Zusammensitzen ein.

Das Wohnzimmer sorgt mit seinen gemütlichen Sitzmöbeln für gesellige oder entspannte Stunden.

Unser Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, die jeweils mit Schrank, Kommode, Sessel und TV ausgestattet sind.

Das Dreibettzimmer "Fuchs & Hase" ist ausgestattet mit einem französischem Bett und einem Einzelbett. 

Das Doppelzimmer "Fuchs" ist  ausgestattet mit einem französischen Bett.

Das Einzelzimmer "Hase" ist ausgestattet mit einem Einzelbett.

"Fuchs & Hase" verfügt über 2 Bäder mit Badewanne bzw. Dusche und Fön sowie  über ein  separates WC.

Die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer mit dem Einzelbett sowie das Bad mit Badewanne und das WC liegen auf der gleichen Etage. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer  befinden sich im Obergeschoß. Das zweite Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine befindet sich im Untergeschoß.

Zur weiteren Ausstattung unseres Hauses gehören u. a. Internet mit 250MBit/s, WLAN, Arbeitsplätze für Homeoffice & Workation, ein Feuerkorb mit Grillfunktion, ein Fahrradkeller, eine Waschmaschine sowie ein Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett, ein Kinderhochstuhl 0-6 Jahre und ein Babybett.

Am Anfang des Parks gibt es einen Spielplatz.

The enclosed garden and the south-facing terrace with seating and sunbathing areas are perfect for chilling and barbecuing.

The modern kitchen-living room is fully equipped with a stove and oven, fridge, crockery and cooking utensils, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher and invites you to linger and sit together.

The living room with its comfortable seating furniture provides sociable or relaxing hours.

Our house has 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair and TV.

The triple room "Fuchs & Hase" is equipped with a French bed and a single bed.

The double room "Fuchs" is equipped with a French bed.

The single room "Hase" is equipped with a single bed.

"Fuchs & Hase" has 2 bathrooms with bathtub or shower and hairdryer as well as a separate WC.

The kitchen, the living room and the bedroom with the single bed as well as the bathroom with bathtub and the WC are located on the same floor. The other two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The second bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine is located in the basement.

Other facilities in our house include internet with 250MBit/s, WLAN, workstations for home office & workation, a fire pit with barbecue function, a bicycle cellar, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a high chair for children 0-6 years and a baby bed.

At the beginning of the park there is a playground.
